Bridal Shower March 15, 2009

I always love doing invitations for friends and family. Because they usually say “do whatever you want”. But this bridal shower was for a soon to be family member, someone I have not met yet. So I decided to say ‘within the box’.  The wedding colors are chocolate brown & sage.The colors allowed me  to use up some ‘leftovers’. I had the brown envelopes from some earlier wedding invitations. And i’ve also been waiting to use the ivory metallic business card sized envelopes for something. So I thought I would do a registry/rsvp card that would go into the little envelopes. The map is also printed on metallic ivory paper, as were the envelope labels. Hopefully the bride-to-be likes them…

Modern Save the Dates March 15, 2009

Megan’s wedding is at a vineyard. She knew the colors she wanted and she knew she wanted something contemporary, elegant and simple. So for her save-the-dates, I did a very simple calendar design with her colors and with a little pop of green (she’s using green grapes in the centerpieces).  I can’t wait to do her invitations!
